The principles of the terms and conditions apply to all CXOPeople ApS services, including coaching, courses, Company Days and film production.

1. Payment
Upon receipt of the order confirmation, a final agreement on the execution of the assignment is made. The assignment fee is paid in two installments. The first installment of 50% of the fee is payable within 14 days of receiving the order confirmation and invoice. Second installment on the remaining 50% of the fee payable no later than 30 days before the start of the assignment.

2. Costs related to change and cancellation
If the customer cancels or changes later than 4 weeks before the start of the assignment, the full fee is payable. Cancellations or changes made later than 6 weeks before the start of the assignment are subject to a total of 50% of the fee, while cancellations and changes made later than 8 weeks before are subject to 25% of the fee. The fee according to the mentioned deadlines for cancellation and change is due for immediate payment.

3. No-show
In the event of full or partial non-attendance by the customer, the fee is non-refundable.

4. Transportation, accommodation and meals
Transportation, accommodation, meals and accommodation are not included in the fee. In cases where CXOPeople ApS is responsible for the booking of these facilities, a separate invoice will be sent in accordance with the third party’s terms and conditions. Third party cancellation conditions must be respected and honored by the customer.

5. Technical equipment
The customer is liable to CXOPeople ApS for any damage to the technical equipment caused by the course participants.

6. Illness
In the event of documented illness before or during the execution of the assignment of one or more of CXOPeople ApS’ employees or subcontractors, CXOPeople ApS is entitled to postpone the assignment against completing the assignment at another time by agreement.
The customer’s potential and incurred costs, including any course participants’ transportation, boarding and loss of earnings, are not reimbursed.

7. Regulation of the terms of trade
Unless otherwise agreed, the above terms and conditions apply.
